1. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Prices are in CAD and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards via our secure booking system.
2. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. For private tours, please contact us directly for cancellation terms.
3. Tour Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide alternative experiences of equal value.
4. Liability
YeHa Niagara Tours is not responsible for lost or stolen items, personal injuries, or delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, road conditions).
5. Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome. Car seats are available upon request (please notify us at least 48 hours in advance).
6. Code of Conduct
We expect all guests to respect the guide, other guests, and the environment. Disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the tour without refund.
