Planning Your Niagara Falls Tour

For our Small Group Tour, pickup is available from hotels, Airbnbs, residences, hostels and convenient locations within the downtown Toronto core. We also offer a designated Mississauga pickup location. Your exact pickup time and location will be confirmed before your tour.
Our flagship Small Group Tour has a maximum of 12 guests and usually operates with around 7 guests. Our Day Tour can accommodate up to 24 guests.
The Niagara City Cruises boat ride is included with our Small Group Tour during the operating season. On our Day Tour, attraction tickets are optional and can be added separately.
Yes. Our Niagara Falls tours operate year-round. The boat cruise is seasonal. When the boat is not operating, the included attraction on applicable bookings is replaced with a seasonal alternative such as Niagara Takes Flight.
Pickup times vary depending on your pickup location and the day's route. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed before your tour. Please be ready approximately 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.
Our full-day tours from Toronto are generally approximately 8–9 hours, depending on traffic, pickup locations, weather and the day's itinerary.
Our full-day itinerary provides approximately 4 hours of free time at Niagara Falls. You can use this time for attractions, lunch, sightseeing, photography or exploring the Falls area at your own pace.
Attraction inclusions depend on the tour option you book. The seasonal boat cruise is included with the Small Group Tour. On the Day Tour, attractions such as the boat cruise, Journey Behind the Falls, Skylon Tower and helicopter tour are optional. Please check the inclusions shown on your selected tour before booking.
Lunch is not included. During your free time at Niagara Falls, you can choose from many restaurants and food options in the area. You are also welcome to bring snacks.
Vehicle type depends on the number of guests booked. We use comfortable, air-conditioned vans, minibuses or similar vehicles suitable for the group size.
We can accommodate many guests travelling with a foldable wheelchair, but our vehicles do not necessarily have a wheelchair ramp or lift. Guests may need to step into and out of the vehicle with assistance. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your tour so we can confirm the arrangements for your specific mobility needs.
No. Our standard Niagara Falls tours stay on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls and do not cross the international border.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Please check the cancellation terms shown with your booking for complete details.
Your final pickup details will be confirmed before the tour. Please check your booking email and WhatsApp messages for your exact pickup time and meeting location.
Yes. Private Niagara Falls tours are available by request. They are not currently listed as a standard online booking option.
