We offer pickup from 13+ convenient locations across Toronto, plus one designated meeting point in Mississauga.
Pickup locations include downtown hotels, Airbnbs, residences, and major meeting points. Your exact pickup time and location will be confirmed after booking.
Group size depends on the tour you choose. Our small-group experiences typically range from 7–12 guests, creating a much more comfortable and personal experience compared to large bus tours.
Some experiences are limited to a maximum of 7 guests for a more intimate tour, while selected day tours can accommodate up to 24 guests.
We also offer fully private tours for couples, families, and custom groups.
The famous Niagara City Cruises boat ride is included on selected tours during the operating season (typically May–October).
During winter, it is replaced with Niagara Parks attractions such as Niagara Takes Flight or other seasonal experiences.
If the boat cruise or other attractions are not included in your specific tour, you can still purchase them on the day of your tour. Optional add-ons may include:

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. This gives you flexibility if your travel plans change unexpectedly.
Yes. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can prepare the appropriate vehicle and ensure a comfortable experience.
On group tours, infants typically ride on laps. For private tours, guests are welcome to bring and install their own child seats.
No passport is required. All tours remain entirely on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.
