Our vehicles do not have a wheelchair ramp or lift. A foldable wheelchair can be accommodated if the guest is able to enter and exit the vehicle with assistance. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the tour so we can confirm arrangements. Attraction accessibility varies.

Luggage space is limited. Large suitcases and oversized items cannot be accommodated unless approved in advance. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your tour if you need to bring a large item.
Child car seats are not provided. Infants must travel on a parent or guardian's lap.
Please arrive at your confirmed pickup location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The tour cannot wait for late arrivals.

No. Niagara City Cruises is not included in the $109.99 CAD base tour price. If you would like to add the boat cruise, ask your guide during the tour. The ticket is paid separately and is subject to availability, weather and the cruise operator's seasonal schedule.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
Can I add attractions during the tour?
Yes. If you would like to add an optional attraction, simply ask your guide during the tour. Your guide can help arrange available attractions such as Niagara City Cruises, Journey Behind the Falls, Skylon Tower or a helicopter experience. Attraction tickets are paid separately and are subject to availability, operating schedules and seasonal conditions.
Do you pick up from every Toronto hotel?
No. This Day Tour uses designated pickup locations in Toronto plus a designated Mississauga pickup point. Choose from the available locations when booking.
What time is pickup?
Toronto pickup generally takes place between approximately 7:00 AM and 8:05 AM. Your exact pickup time depends on your selected pickup location and will be confirmed before your tour date via WhatsApp or email.
