Pickup is available from anywhere within the downtown Toronto core, plus one designated pickup location in Mississauga at 2125 N Sheridan Way, Mississauga, ON. Pickup begins from approximately 7:00 AM, depending on your pickup location. Your exact pickup time will normally be confirmed the evening before the tour via WhatsApp or email.
Eating is not permitted inside the vehicle. Drinks must be in securely sealed bottles or travel mugs.
Please be ready at your confirmed pickup location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. To avoid delays for other guests, the tour may not be able to wait for late arrivals.
Please provide a working phone or WhatsApp number and check your WhatsApp or email the evening before the tour for your final pickup time and location.
Niagara City Cruises is included May–October when operating. If the cruise is unavailable, a Niagara attraction of similar value may be provided.
Our vehicles do not have a wheelchair ramp or lift. A foldable wheelchair may be accommodated if the guest can enter and exit the vehicle with assistance. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so we can confirm what can be accommodated.
Please avoid bringing luggage on the tour, as vehicle storage space is very limited. Large suitcases and oversized items are not recommended. If bringing luggage is unavoidable, please contact us at least 48 hours before the tour.
